I will be participating in my third MS 150 ride this year, October 20-21. This year's Valero MS 150 Bike to the Beach tour will be leaving San Antonio the morning of October 20, spending the night in Beeville and then finishing the ride in Corpus Christi on Sunday, Oct. 21. After taking two years off from training and working out, I have been working diligently to get back in shape. As with all my other rides and triathlons, my only goal is to finish and to have fun!

I will be riding to to raise money to support the National MS Society and their fight against multiple sclerosis. I am asking for the support of my friends and family by making a contribution to help me achieve my fund raising goal of $1000.
